What is Bourbon?

Bourbon must be made in the United States and must be distilled to a proof of 80 or higher. It must be aged in new, charred oak barrels for at least two years.

Bourbon is a smooth, mellow whiskey with a sweet, caramel flavor. It is amber in color and has a warming, spicy finish.
