Our Gins are well balanced, owing to the careful blending of botanicals, most of them grown on the Kimerud farm.
Some of the herbs grow wild in the Arctic zone in Norway, these herbs take their taste and aroma from the Arctic sea.
During the Viking age (800 AD-1050 AD) Golden Root, one of these wild-crafted herbs was considered a delicacy with magical properties.
The cold climate in Norway adds to the quality of Kimerud Gins as it delays the growth of the herbs, bringing a richness that enhances the final taste.
